- Measure the desk surface and any drawers or pedestal units.
- Check space for the chair when you sit down, turn and stand up.
- Record outlet, cable and window positions on your own measured sketch.
- Keep storage access and the doorway clear in both proposed layouts.

Does it check workstation ergonomics?
No. The preview shows simplified dimensions and positions. Desk height, chair adjustment, screen position and individual accessibility needs require a separate check.
