Usage notes & terms.

Estimates support your planning

Roomplanza produces materials and budget estimates from the values you enter. Results are not a retailer quote, installation contract, engineering design or guarantee that a particular quantity will be sufficient. Check measurements, specifications and prices before purchasing.

Scope of the tools

The room model is rectangular. Each wall has an assigned main finish and optional lower panels. The 2D and 3D previews include your positioned doors and windows. They do not identify concealed services or other installation constraints. Complex shapes, offset wallpaper patterns and detailed cutting optimization are outside the current scope.

Prices and additional costs

Default prices are illustrative. You are responsible for updating them using the product and quote you intend to use. Tax inputs are budgeting assumptions, not tax advice. Preparation, tools, removal, delivery and finishing items may be excluded, as explained by each calculator.

Your plans and exports

Valid room edits save automatically when you are signed in and within your plan’s limits. Connected spaces must be saved with Save space. Check the save status before leaving. If saving fails, your unsaved work remains only in the open tab until a retry succeeds. Print or download an additional copy when needed. Shared links contain a snapshot and do not update automatically when the saved project changes. Use project names and content you are comfortable sharing.

Memberships

Free includes three saved rooms and one space of up to three rooms. Proposed paid offers are Plus ($12 monthly or $96 annually) and a one-time Home Pass ($19 for 60 days). Full details are on Plans. Paid checkout is not open yet. When enabled, recurring plans renew at the stated interval until canceled; canceling renewal preserves access through the paid period. Home Pass does not automatically renew. Applicable taxes and the total charge are displayed before payment.

Expiry does not delete saved designs. Standard viewing and downloads remain available; choose the projects editable within Free limits from My account. Detailed exports and larger editable layouts require active paid access. These are planning visualizations, and 4K describes image resolution rather than photographic accuracy.

Responsible use

Use the service for designs and content you have the right to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass plan limits or disrupt the website. Keep your account credentials private. Roomplanza may change features or become temporarily unavailable; keep an exported copy of important work.

Help and account requests

Contact the Roomplanza team through Contact & support for technical help, account requests or questions about these terms. Paid services and advertising are not active. Additional purchase and refund terms must be presented before any paid service opens.
