Roomplanza helps you turn a room’s dimensions into a material list and a budget you can understand. Four connected tools cover flooring, paint, wallpaper and decorative wall battens. The furniture editor, 2D/3D views and connected spaces help you compare the complete room design.

How the estimates work

• Flooring: floor area plus your waste allowance, rounded up to whole packs; cost uses the coverage you actually buy.
• Paint: net wall area, optional ceiling, coats, extra allowance and your chosen coverage, rounded up to one-gallon cans.
• Wallpaper: full drops for the walls assigned to wallpaper, including trim and optional straight-match repeat, rounded up to rolls.
• Wall panels: equal clear gaps, actual batten widths and top and bottom rails; opening-aware trim pieces and conservative stock packing with saw allowances.

Each tool displays its assumptions beside the result. The planning guides contain worked examples that can be checked by hand.

Designed for an honest budget

Starting prices are examples. We do not retrieve live store prices, recommend a specific retailer or claim that an estimate is a quote. Labor, material tax and contingency are optional inputs. Excluded costs are stated in the tool and printed notes.

What the previews represent

The 2D diagrams and interactive 3D cutaway share the same rectangular room, individual walls and positioned openings as the estimates. The 3D view hides walls nearest the camera and loads only when selected. Devices without usable WebGL can continue in 2D. They are not surveys, exact installation patterns, engineered drawings or manufacturer color matches. The living-room photograph is AI-generated concept inspiration and does not depict a completed customer project.

Furniture, accessories and designs

Add generic furniture and decor pieces, adjust dimensions and colors, arrange them in 2D, and inspect them in 3D. Ready-made room layouts are editable starting points. Existing items remain in the design without adding a purchase cost; enter prices for new pieces to complete the budget.

Placement checks flag room boundaries, overlapping bounding boxes and a simple 3 ft approach zone inside doors. These checks do not model door swings, access routes or installation clearances. Rugs may overlap furniture, and elevation lets you place accessories on tables. Confirm the final arrangement in the actual room.

Your saved plans

Valid changes save automatically after a short pause when you are signed in. A status beside the room name confirms completion or explains a failure. Undo and redo cover recent edits in this tab. A/B snapshots keep complete room configurations with the project. Share links contain a snapshot, not a live connection to the saved project. You can remove saved projects from My projects.
