Plan a bedroom around your actual furniture
Start with a 12 × 12 ft bedroom containing a bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a rug. Replace the sample sizes with the full outside dimensions of your furniture, including the bed frame and handles.
Before you settle on the layout
- Measure the bed frame, not only the mattress size.
- Check wardrobe doors and drawers in their open position in the real room.
- Leave a practical route from the entrance to both storage and the bed.
- Try smaller bedside tables before assuming that a smaller bed is necessary.

Try a useful comparison
Keep the same bed and compare two walls using design A and B. Check whether the new location changes access to the wardrobe, blocks a window or removes room for bedside storage.

Does the planner test wardrobe doors or drawers?
No. It checks simplified furniture footprints and room boundaries. Confirm moving parts and comfortable access with measurements in the real room.
These editable examples are generic planning layouts. Check room boundaries and placement warnings; door swings, walking routes and product clearances need a real-room check. Creating a temporary design does not require an application account. Saving across devices requires sign-in.
